Applications: This equipment is a one-step solid dispersion granulator developed by our company. It is designed to transform drug crystal forms, enhance the solubility of poorly soluble drugs, and improve bioavailability.
Principle: The liquid mixture is transported by a peristaltic pump to a two-fluid pneumatic spray gun, where it is atomized into droplets by compressed air. These droplets come into full contact with air heated by an electric heater, drying and solidifying instantaneously. A portion of the dried particles settles into the collection bucket at the bottom of the drying chamber with the airflow. The exhaust gas passes through a dust removal device for secondary gas-solid separation to collect the final product.
