PHARMACEUTICAL CENTRIFUGAL PELLETIZER
Applications
Pelletizing technology converts fine powders into coarse spherical pellets, significantly improving powder flowability. This facilitates easier packaging, storage, and transportation while enhancing the uniformity and stability of the final product.
Operating Principle
The micro-powder pelletizer causes fine powder to agglomerate into spherical shapes through the combined action of centrifugal force and friction.
Key Features
-
Modular Design: The system features multiple modules, including horizontal bars, scrapers, and scraper fixing blocks. Each module is equipped with a precision scale for easy adjustment and operation.
-
Plasma Airflow De-static Device: This system maintains negative pressure within the chamber to prevent dust leakage. It effectively weakens and eliminates electrostatic charges between micro-particles during high-speed movement.
-
PTFE Scraper System: During the ultra-fine powder pelletizing process, PTFE (Teflon) scrapers are utilized to guide the material flow. This ensures the powder is subjected to near-uniform centrifugal force throughout the process, maintaining consistent pellet formation without scratching the vessel walls or causing material residue/buildup.
-
Intelligent Control System: * Features a three-level password-protected access control.
-
All process parameters are automatically managed by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
-
All production data is automatically stored online and can be exported via USB interface for reporting and compliance.
