Applications: Widely used for ultra-fine milling of materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, refractories, abrasives, additives, flame retardants, electronic materials, AC foaming agents, carbon black, non-metallic minerals, and battery materials.
Operating Principle: Compressed air is filtered, dried, and dehumidified before being injected at high speed into the milling chamber through Laval nozzles. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the material undergoes repeated collisions, friction, and shearing, leading to fragmentation. As the particles become finer, their mass decreases and the centrifugal force acting on them weakens, allowing them to enter the cyclone separator for collection. Particles that do not yet meet the size requirements continue to undergo collision and friction within the chamber until the desired fineness is achieved.
