Applications: This is a multifunctional one-step solid dispersion granulator developed by our company. It can be used to prepare various solid dispersions—such as taste-masking, solubilization, sustained/controlled release, and targeted release—using the melt-congealing method. Additionally, it functions as a traditional spray dryer, filling a gap in both domestic and international laboratory equipment markets.
Operating Principle: Raw materials and excipients are thoroughly mixed and melted in the hot-melt extrusion section, then conveyed by twin screws to a two-fluid pneumatic spray gun. The melt is atomized into droplets by compressed air, which then come into contact with ultra-low temperature chilled air, causing instantaneous condensation and solidification. Part of the congealed particles settle into the collection bucket at the bottom of the drying chamber, while the exhaust gas passes through a dust removal device for secondary gas-solid separation and product recovery.

Versatile Atomization System: Customers can choose between pneumatic spray gun atomization or centrifugal disc atomization based on specific requirements.

Atomization Heating System: To ensure continuous operation, the atomizing gas or centrifugal disc is independently heated and temperature-controlled. This prevents material from congealing at the nozzle or centrifugal screen, avoiding “nozzle clogging” issues.

Online Nozzle Cleaning: The spray gun features a built-in cleaning needle (plunger) design for scheduled clearing, effectively preventing clogs.

Customization Services: Optional Nitrogen (N2) circulation system, integrated spray drying functions, etc., are available upon request.

GMP Compliance: Features three-level password authorization. All process parameters are PLC-controlled, with automatic online data storage and USB export capability.
