Applications: This equipment is primarily used in the granulation processes for solid dispersions, aggregates, microspheres, and nanospheres for oral and parenteral (non-gastrointestinal) drug delivery systems.

Operating Principle: The granulation vessel features a jacketed heating design. Materials are added to the vessel and thoroughly mixed by the vortex effect generated by the rotating impeller. Excipients melt upon contact with the heated vessel wall, acting as a binder. In the intersection zone, a side-mounted chopper breaks down and cuts the tumbling material mass into granules with uniform texture.
