PRINCIPLE:

Top Spray: The bottom of the bowl adopts a pagoda-style air inlet. The uniform rotating airflow pushes the material upward and toward the center of the pagoda, achieving internal and external circulating rotary motion. The atomizing spray gun sprays liquid from top to bottom to bind the powder into granules. This mode is used for drying, granulation, and taste-masking coating.

Side Spray (Tangential): Featuring a special “Centrifugal disk + Edge air inlet” structure, the powder moves in a circular and circulating motion. The side-mounted spray gun coats the particle surfaces to achieve powder granulation or coating.

Bottom Spray: The bowl bottom uses a dual-channel air inlet. Materials move upward at high speed within the draft tube (Wurster insert), fall outside the tube after entering the expansion chamber, and circulate. The spray gun sprays upward from the bottom, in the same direction as the material and airflow. It is mainly used for functional coating of various pellets and fine granules.
