APPLICATIONS: This equipment is a proprietary one-step solid dispersion granulator developed by our company for pharmaceutical formulations. It enables one-step granulation for various types of solid dispersions, including taste-masking, solubility enhancement, and targeted release, and can also directly produce sustained/controlled-release granules.
PRINCIPLE: Raw materials and excipients are fed into the hopper via a quantitative feeding device and then uniformly transported by twin screws. The screws are heated in stages with a gradual temperature increase, causing the materials to melt and achieve mutual solubility in the middle section. After staged cooling, the material is extruded through a die plate to form dense, solid strands. These strands are then processed by a conveying and shearing device to obtain the target particle size.

Multi-stage Venting: Designed with multiple vent ports to effectively exhaust air and moisture from the molten material, reducing extrusion pressure and improving product quality.
