Applications: The equipment is used for powder coating granulation, pellet preparation, pellet coating (film coating, enteric coating, protective layers), as well as taste-masking and coloring of powders, granules, and pellets.
Principle: The powder material is subjected to the combined forces of centrifugal force from the rotating disk, friction, and the buoyancy of air through the annular gap. It is mixed and adhered with an appropriate amount of atomized liquid to achieve the functions of seeding, granulation, growth, rounding, drug layering, and coating.
Features:
-
Multi-functionality: Centrifugal granulation/pelletizing, pellet layering, and pellet coating can all be achieved on the same machine.
-
Feeding Method: Equipped with vibratory feeding or twin-screw feeding to ensure uniform and stable material input.
-
Liquid Delivery System: Three optional methods (centrifugal atomizing disk, side spray, and top spray) are available to satisfy the centrifugal granulation requirements of materials with different properties.
-
Ventilated Chassis (Patent No: ZL201620221404.8): The specialized ventilation structure design enhances airflow permeability and increases heat exchange efficiency, resulting in excellent fluidization, more uniform coating, and higher speed/efficiency.
-
Spray Gun Atomization Protection Device (Patent No: ZL201620224267.3): The embedded side-spray gun design achieves a material utilization rate of up to 99%, offering superior coating uniformity and efficiency compared to traditional bottom-spray fluidized beds.
-
Low-Intensity Pellet Coating: The internal and external circulating rotary motion minimizes wear and impact breakage on the pellet core, making it ideal for layering or coating fragile/low-strength pellets.
-
Compliance: Fully compliant with GMP standards with three-level password authorization. Process parameters are automatically controlled by PLC, with all data stored online and exportable via USB.
